Flowers caught 48 receptions as a junior at NSU University School, good for 631 yards and 10 touchdowns. Flowers played cornerback and wide receiver for NSU, where he helped the squad win consecutive state semifinal appearances.

He was a 3-star prospect who committed to play college football at Boston College, ranking as the 135th-receiving recruit in the country.

Flowers caught 22 passes for 341 yards and three touchdowns as a true freshman. He returned to Florida in March 2020, when Boston College sent its students home, and he occasionally worked out with NFL players Geno Smith and Antonio Brown.

After concluding his sophomore campaign with 56 receptions for 892 yards and nine touchdowns, Flowers became the second wide receiver in school history to be selected first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference.

After hauling in 44 passes for 746 yards and five touchdowns, he was selected to the third team of the All-ACC.

Flowers set a number of records during his time at Boston College, including the records for career touchdowns, receptions, and receiving yards. Flowers submitted his NFL Draft declaration for 2023 on December 1, 2022.

In the 2023 NFL Draft, Flowers was chosen with the 22nd overall choice by the Baltimore Ravens. He agreed to a four-year, $14 million rookie contract on June 15th, with full guarantees.

Then, he had the most receptions of any Ravens wide receiver in Week 1. Flowers’ first NFL touchdown was scored in the Ravens’ 24–16 victory over the Tennessee Titans in Week 6’s London game.
