Jae Crowder, born on 6 July 1960, is an American professional basketball player. 

He was a South Georgia Technical College commit but later transferred to Howard College and Marquette.

At Howard, Jae led the team to an NJCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship in his sophomore season and was also named State Farm Junior College Player of the Year. In his senior season, he was named Big East Player of the Year.

Drafted 34th overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2012 NBA Draft, he was traded to the Dallas Mavericks the draft night. After that, he also played for Boston Celtics, Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzle, and Miami heat.

Crowder currently plays as the small/power forward for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA). In 2021, he reached his second NBA finals with the Suns.
