The exact whereabouts of Terri Moulton, Kyron Horman’s stepmother, remains unknown.

She was a possible suspect in the 2010 missing case of her stepson. Disappeared after attending Skyline Elementary School’s science fair on 4 June, he remains lost till now. Despite the efforts of police, local and state, and the FBI, the location of the then seven years old child.

The biological son of Desiree Young and an Intel engineer Kaine Horman, Kyron was born on 9 September 2002 in Portland.

His parents divorced when his mom was eight months pregnant with him. The court granted them shared custody until 2004, but Desiree’s kidney failure caused Kaine to take over. However, she remained active in her child’s upbringing.

Then in 2007, Terri married Kaine in Kauai. A year later, in December, she gave birth to their daughter, Kaira.

In 2010, Kyron went to school with his stepmother. Terri left the school at around 8:45 a.m., and since then, nobody has seen him. Likewise, the school also marked him absent that day.

Afterward, the police received a missing report of the kid. Then they began an extensive search around Skyline Elementary and Sauvie Island and even posted a reward, initially $25 thousand and later $50 thousand, for information leading to the absent child’s whereabouts.

Then, in June 2010, investigators told Kaine that his wife offered Rodolfo Sanchez a hefty sum of money to kill him. Reportedly, their landscaper testified that the allegations were true. However, the police couldn’t arrest Terri due to the lack of evidence.

Kaine filed for divorce a month later on 28 and even obtained a restraining order against Terri. Eventually, the legal proceedings allowed their separation. Sometime later, Multnomah County grand jury summoned Terri’s close friend DeDe Spicher for a testimonial.

On 1 June 2012, Kyron’s biological mother Desiree filed a civil lawsuit against Terri on allegations that she was responsible for the disappearance. The accuser asked for $10 million in damages. But, she dropped the case on 30 July 2013 to not interfere with the ongoing police investigation.

Kyron isn’t dead but missing. 2021 marked 11 years of his disappearance.

She reportedly married him on 17 March 2018 in Clark County.
