Vybz Kartel a Jamaican dancehall artist, songwriter, and music producer is the father of seven children.

Vybz Kartel’s first child was born on April 18, 2003, when he was 27. He had this child, as well as two others, with his longtime girlfriend Tanesha ‘Shorty’ Johnson. Kartel has six more children from previous relationships.

On May 17, 2020, it was revealed that Kartel’s 15-year-old son was expecting a child with an 18-year-old woman, becoming Vybz’s first grandfather.
