Multiple award winning Nigerian Afrobeats singer Davido is receiving much applauds on how he prostrated in front of the Oba Elegushi at his 45th birthday party.

His Royal Majesty, Oba Alayeluwa Saheed Ademola Elegushi, Kusenla III of the Ikate-Elegushi Kingdom celebrated his 45th birthday over the weekend and the Afrobeats singer was right there to celebrate it with him.

Oba Ademola Elegushi took over from his late father Oba Yekini Adeniyi Elegushi from the Kusenla Ruling House on April 2010 at the age of 34 years, making him the youngest king in Lagos State. Before he was presented the with the staff to the Kingdom, Oba Ademola Elegushi served as Personal Assistant and Senior Special Assistant to two former governors of the state, Bola Tinubu and Babatunde Fashola respectively.

Davido has been in the news recently being it the good and the bad, ever since news of him cheating on his girlfriend Chioma. It was reported that Chioma had first deleted any post in relation with the singer and even prevented him from seeing their son Ifeanyi.

But the ‘FEM’ hit maker was allowed access to his son couple of days ago and it seems he is back to his ‘father-figure’ once again but still doesn’t know his fate with his lover, Chioma.

As a kind gesture of greeting a king as big as Oba Ademola Elegushi, Davido was seen in a video lying on his stomach flat, as a form of greeting and showing his respect to the king.
