US actor/comedian Charlie Murphy has died. The elder brother of popular actor, Eddie Murphy, died yesterday in New York City.

His publicist confirmed the sad news and revealed he died of Leukemia.

Friends and colleagues of the deceased have since taken to various online platforms to pay tribute to him.
