BET Award-winning artist, songwriter and Africa Giant Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy has disclosed why he failed to join the protest from the beginning.

Recall that Burna Boy was fired by some Nigerians after he failed to protest against police brutalities in the country. However, Burna Boy has taken to his Twitter page to disclose the health status of his mother Bose Ogulu.

“I was Dealing with a Personal Family issue at the Beginning of these Protests. My mum Had Serious Surgery last week! We were all invested in making sure she recovers! I am not about that “put it all out on social media” life. We decided the focus must solely be on this protest” he tweeted.
