German fashion designer, Philipp Plein, 42 years of age is building his dream house in Bel Air, LA.

The Chateau Falcon View mansion is estimated to cost around $200 million on a 3.6 acres of land he bought in 2014.

Sharing photos of his house, he wrote;

It all started with a dream when I was 16 ! 26 years later I can see the dream come true !!!! THIS LAND WAS PURCHASED BY ME 2014 !
