Otávio Edmilson da Silva Monteiro, generally known as Otavinho or Otávio, is a professional Portuguese footballer who plays as an Attacking midfielder or winger.

He started his professional footballing career in 2012 when he joined Internacional in the Brazilian Série A. He spent 3 years there and made a total of 61 appearances with 7 goals for the club.

Otávio later joined Porto B in 2014-2015 in the Segunda Liga and made 6 appearances scoring 2 goals before getting promoted to the main team.

Otávio then joined the main team of Porto in 2016-2017 and has spent 7 years and still counting so far there, which includes 2 years away as a loan player for Vitória de Guimarães.
