Former Glee actress Naya Rivera has officially filed for divorce from her husband of two years Ryan Dorsey.

Rivera and Dorsey got married in July of 2014, just months after Rivera’s split with ex-fiance Big Sean. The decision to marry her long-time friend came as a surprise to many. The former couple share a 1-year-old son, Josey.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Rivera filed for divorce last week. The 29-year-old is also asking for primary physical custody of Josey, with visitation rights for her soon-to-be ex-husband.
