Michael Paul Koplove (/’ k a. p.l@ /; born August 30, 1976), is an American professional baseball scout. He is also a former player. He pitched for both the Arizona Diamondbacks (now the Cleveland Indians).
Koplove went 6-1 in 2002 with a 3.36 ERA in 55 innings. He gave up 47 hits in 61.2 innings and held batters to a.213 batting percentage and a.276 slugging percent. With men on base, he was even more stingy -.207/.228). He held batters to a.188 batting average in games that were close and late. He was the Diamondbacks 2002 Rookie-of-the-Year.

After becoming a minor league free agent following the conclusion of the 2007 season, Koplove signed a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training with the Los Angeles Dodgers on December 12, 2007. He pitched the entire year for the Dodgers Triple-A affiliate, the Las Vegas 51s.

Koplove was born in South Philadelphia. He attended Chestnut Hills Academy in Philadelphia, where he was a first-team Philadelphia Daily News All-City selection for a senior.
