He became a household name following his work on “Euphoria” and “The Idol”. He also produced X film series; Those Who Wish Me Dead, Arbitrage, Pieces Of A Woman, and The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent.

At this time of writing, the exact day Kevin Turen died is unknown to us but the news of his passing was confirmed by his family in a statement on Sunday, 12 November 2023.

“Kevin was so incredibly special, this world is going to be less without him,” the filmmaker’s father, Edward said in a statement, without disclosing the cause or circumstances of his death.

Kevin’s close friend and CEO of PMC, Jay Penske in another statement wrote, “Despite his many achievements in Hollywood, Kevin’s greatest passion was his family and friends. He was so proud of his children”

“He and his wife, Evelina, were resolved that their children grow up with great values and ensured they make a difference in the broader world. Our collective heart breaks for them, and we all feel such a profound sense of loss”

“We will miss Kevin so much, and this town lost one of its brightest rising stars today” he added.

Following his demise, friends and colleagues paid tribute to the New York City native, including British independent film producer, Cassian Elwes.

Cassian wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter); “A good friend and true indie film maker died tonight too young. I’m so sad. Hold your love ones close. Life is precious and fleeting”
