He currently plays as a forward for the Orlando Magic in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Jonathan Isaac was born on October 3, 1997, in Naples, Florida. He attended Florida State University where he played college basketball for the Seminoles. He was drafted by the Orlando Magic as the sixth overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.

Isaac made his NBA debut for the Magic during the 2017-2018 season. He played in 27 games and averaged 5.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game. He has since established himself as a key player for the Magic, known for his defensive skills and ability to block shots.

In the 2018-2019 season, Isaac’s minutes on the court increased, and he became a regular starter for the Magic. He averaged 9.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game and also showed an improvement on his three-point shooting.

In the 2019-2020 season, Isaac was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team, and he also played in the Rising Stars Challenge during the All-Star Weekend.

In the 2020-2021 season, Isaac had an injury and he missed most of the season, but he was able to make a comeback at the end of the season and helped the Magic to reach the playoffs.
