After completing her Bachelor’s degree she got placed at BBC. Initially, she was reporting for BBC Wales. But later as her work got more professional and outstanding, it got distributed over a large network of BBC.

She is in a relationship with a guy named George Saunders, however. Saunders is an athlete participating in surfing, cycling, trekking, and so on. Saunders and Wells are now in a relationship for almost 3-5 years.
They are also not engaged yet although many would like to see them get their rings exchanged. Wells too gets on the surfboard over weekends with her boyfriend. The two spend most of their private time going out into nature.
