The late American actor was born on July 29, 1942, in New York in the United States of America as Gennaro Anthony Sirico Jr to his mom Marie Sirico and dad whose identity is not known. He was raised alongside his two brothers Robert Sirico, a Catholic priest, and Carmine Sirico of blessed memory. 

Tony was married once to Anna, the mother of his children. Their marriage however didn’t stand the test of time but ended early. Joanne Sirico Bello and Richard Sirico are his two children. 

His career in the American movie industry as an actor has made him a recipient of the Screen Actors Guild Awards twice and a multiple times nominee.

Apart from his role in The Sopranos as Paulie Walnuts Gualtieri, he has appeared in seven of Woody Allen’s films. 

Tony had suffered from dementia for some number of years. On July 8, 2022, The Sopranos star died in a hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida aged 79. The cause of his death has not been disclosed to date.
