David Mark Bulley removes all of his social media accounts

Written by Olivia Owen — 0 Views

Here at CelebMix, we love supporting unsigned artists and someone we’ve been championing throughout 2017 is David Mark Bulley.

From dropping the incredible Purge-inspired visual to ‘Where Do We Go From Here’, the release of his debut album Prologue, to the announcement of his 2018 The Confessions Tour, we’ve followed David’s journey through updates on his various social media pages.

You can therefore imagine our horror earlier today when we realised that all of David’s social media pages have vanished. That’s right, his Twitter, Instagram and Facebook pages have all mysteriously disappeared without explanation.

So, what’s going on? It’s not unusual for musicians of all statures to take a break from social media. The pressure and expectation to constantly share information online, in addition to the negativity which is often present, can be extremely overwhelming. However, David had been active up until earlier today, and showed no signs of taking a break.

He recently revealed that he is working on a second album, which will be released in May 2018, so is he taking time out to perfect his work? Will he be announcing something on his return? Or will he just come back with absolutely no explanation or apology for leaving us hanging?!

The theories are endless but whatever the reason, David has us intrigued. We’re counting down the days until his return but for the time being, take a listen to his album Prologue below.
