Last night there was a mini Girls Aloud reunion as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Nicola Roberts attended the press event of ‘Elf The Musical’ to support best friend and former band mate Kimberley Walsh, who is starring in the smash hit musical.

Both Cheryl and Nicola (Cherola) were looking beautiful and happy as they walked the red carpet together.

Cheryl was looking happy and relaxed wearing a Herve Leger dress and a Balmain jacket draped over her shoulders.

Cheryl later tweeted her support of Kimberley saying: So proud of you @KimberleyJWalsh you were amazing !!!! Congrats to all the cast and crew great job #elfthemusical. Aww Chim have the cutest friendship.

Speaking of Girls Aloud, it was revealed yesterday that Cheryl’s X Factor group 4th Impact will be singing the groups debut number 1 single ‘Sound Of The Underground’ tomorrow night.
