Ben Masters Siblings: Meet Cheryl Lerner – Ben Masters is an American actor. He has appeared in a number of films and television shows, but he’s not a widely known actor.

He has had recurring roles on TV series, and has guest-starred on other TV shows. He has also appeared in a number of films, mostly in small roles. He has also worked as a voice actor. He has been active in the entertainment industry since the 1970s.

He earned his degree in theater from the University of Oregon. After relocating to New York City, he was cast in the off-Broadway production of The Boys in the Band. Additionally, he performed in Kevin Wade’s Key Exchange off-Broadway for 13 months.

Captain Brassbound’s Conversion, starring Ingrid Bergman, was followed by The Cherry Orchard, starring Irene Worth, Raul Julia, and Meryl Streep. Masters played Nick, the title character’s older brother, in the Saturday morning series Muggsy from 1976 to 1977.

When he played Vic Strang on Another World for three months in 1982, Masters made his daytime television debut.

In the 1988 television miniseries Noble House, Masters later played corporate thief Linc Bartlett. The two-hour “The Reunion” special episode of Walker, Texas Ranger featured Masters as one of its guests on May 14, 1994.

He signed a contract to play the womanizing billionaire Julian Crane in NBC’s Passions in 1999. He received Soap Opera Digest Award nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in 2005 and Outstanding Supporting Actor in 2001 and 2002 for his work on the daytime drama.

In February 2007, after NBC announced it was axing Passions, Masters said “I will sincerely miss getting to play this role. The role of Julian Crane was so much fun for me. I wanted to do it until I was unable to.” Directv later renewed Passions for the 2007–2008 season.

It was revealed that Ben Masters died as a result of complications of COVID-19 and this happened at a time while he was seriously battling dementia.
