Mackenzie and Josh McKee are no longer married. Mackenzie McKee and her ex-husband Josh McKee have split up after more than eight years of marriage.

On July 26, 2022, Douthit announced she and McKee had separated. Mackenzie McKee has been married to Josh McKee since 17 August 2013. They have three children.

Mackenzie McKee and her then-boyfriend, Josh McKee, welcomed their first child, a son named Gannon Dewayne McKee, via c-section on September 12, 2011. The couple later married on August 17, 2013.

The McKee family grew on February 7, 2014, when they welcomed their second child, a daughter named Jaxie Taylor, via emergency c-section. Their third child, a son named Broncs Weston, was born on August 15, 2016, also via emergency c-section.

Mackenzie McKee gained fame when she was featured in the reality TV show 16 and Pregnant in 2011, which follows the experiences of several young mothers during their pregnancies and early months of motherhood.

In 2013, Mackenzie McKee was also a cast member on the spin-off series Teen Mom 3, alongside Briana DeJesus, Alex Sekella, and Katie Yeager. The show aired for one season.
